South Korea surprised China 93-81 at the end of the first day at the FIBA Asia Cup. Both teams nailed 19 points each in the opening period, whilst China grabbed a 2-point lead at the halftime. Korea Republic meanwhile started their dominance in the third period with a 22-14 run and closed the game with a 28-22 rally.
