Yao Ming is still recovering over his injury in the NBA. He is looking to join the China National Team training camps for the 2008 Beijing Olympics very soon.

The earthquake did not destroy any of the Olympic venues, including the basketball arena where the 2008 Basketball Games in China will be played.
